I just want to say THANK YOU to Shannon and his team for selling my lot in South Gulf Cove. Shannon and his team were very professional to deal with! Leigh and Heidi always answered the phone with a SMILE! They always responded quickly to any calls I had and I know they all worked hard not only to list my lot lot but more importantly to sell it. I would definitely recommend them for their integrity, professionalism, customer service and hard work!

Jim Miller and Thomas Ryan Property Management helped me purchase my first investment property, and have been managing the property ever since. Jim, and the team at Thomas Ryan are very helpful and well-informed about the property selection process and finding and placing the best tenant they possibly can. If you are looking for an investment property, or already have one and need property management, I could not be happier with this company. If I could give more stars, I would.

I worked with management on a social media project, and was impressed with their professionalism and focus on adding value for their property owners. They are creative, smart, and organized, a unique and wonderful combination!

We had a non-typical home to sell in Northport --basic ranch style home and 3 acres of land. Cliff our realtor stuck with it and ultimately sold the home very close to asking price. He was very attentative and was helping out with the house since we are out of state and not able to be at the home for upkeep. etc.

We purchased a duplex in PGI but live out of state so it was necessary to find a management company to take care of the property. We have used Thomas Ryan now for 7 years and we are very happy with their work. They carefully screen the tenants, maintain the property wonderfully and provide us with automated monthly statements. Thomas Ryan is a top notch company. I am writing this review to correct a completely dishonest review from Harry Mower. This person is a con artist. I personally know of a previous landlord who had to evict this person as he destroyed their property, did not pay the rent, tried to scam the court system in Charlotte County. I was there for much of it and this person is dishonest which is the nicest thing I can say about him. Even though this review is over 2 years ago, I still felt the record needed to be corrected as he was complaining about a back ground check he obviously did not pass and was most likely turned down as a potential renter. Harry Mower is exactly the reason background checks must be done a true scam artist in the first degree!

Shannon and Leigh went above and beyond to sell both our FL properties and we are so appreciative of their persistence, guidance, thoroughness, professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity. Although the multiple transactions could have been very challenging, Shannon and Leigh kept everything well-organized and kept us informed at every step in the process. We reside out of state, making these transactions more difficult, however, Shannon and Leigh made the miles between us appear seamless. Our transactions were completed in a very timely and efficient manner and we were very thankful to have them representing us.
